My name is Colin William, I'm a psychology professor in Indiana. I am a big fan of McGriff's, going back to his first game with the Braves, in 1993, a game I attended. The stadium caught fire, the game was delayed, Fred then hit a big home run as the Braves came back to beat the Cardinals. He led the team to victory in the great pennant race that followed. How could I NOT root for the guy?!
